Fulfillment

Yesterday was absolutely the most wonderful day of my life.

I celebrated the return of my long- lost darling- my pink i.c, by having dinner with my other darling- my girlfriend.

Been apart from my I.C for far too long, couldn't remember that my photograph on the I.C was that of a chubby 12yr-old-boy.

In comparison, i have only not seen Jamie since Tuesday, but that too, seemed far too long.

Her work ended late and i had to wait for almost 2hrs.
But sacrifices have to be made in a relationship.
And as long as she's happy, i'm happy.

A sense of fulfillment fills me.
I have all that's needed to keep me blissful- a loving girlfriend, my freedom returned, and friends who are always there for me.

Amen to that.
